I'm trying to enroll for next year's insurance and it will let me log into the site but when I click the enrollment link it goes directly to an error message that says "We are sorry, the Employee Identification Number you entered does not match our system security information. Please check the number and enter it again." I've never encountered this problem before. Is it because I transferred stores?
Are you sure you are supposed to enroll for your insurance right now? There is a certain window of time to enroll unless you have extra special circumstances. We were supposed to be enrolled by September or we lose it until Open enrollment next year.
Call the number on the website and ask. Our insurance is thru our Union membership so basically, we call them.
I think we log in with our insurance number and the password is firstname initial and last name.

The Employee health screening was due back in October or so in order to save on our deductibles. I just got an email that our window for enrolling is from Nov 24th to Dec 12th. I almost swear our enrollment window used to be earlier and closed sooner.
