Ive been working for years at the service booth, only get 10.25 an hour, what the heck. Have to deal with the worst customers and the most money and responsibility in the store, why is this position barely above min wage? More people would be willing to deal with these situations if the pay was decent. Im one of the only people in my district that is actually competent in my position. Other service booths from other stores constantly call or send their customers to us because they dont give a flying you know about the position because of the pay. Change needs to come now!

I feel for you but I just can't reach you. I make less than $8 an hour doing money services and even sometimes morning bookkeeping and I've been at it for two years. It's absolutely ridiculous but that's the toothless union for you. there should be a premium.
At my store you make the same in money services as you do anywhere else. same for floor supervisors. I think they should offer a premium for working those shifts, then they'd get people who'd want to do it and, for floor sups at least, who care. though honestly how do you handle dips when you have no backup to call after 7pm?
