Question: Lost receipts
Permalink

First of, I want to apologize for asking this question in here, since I know this is really intended for Kroger employees. But I thought you guys might have some insight...

I used the fuel station at a nearby Kroger and lost my receipt. Unfortunately, I have to turn it in for reimbursement.

Do any of you guys have any idea if the fuel center can access and reprint lost receipts from previous transactions? And if so, what information they would need to be able to do it?

They can, but idk if they'd be able to do it for a previous day. In the store, however, I know they can pull that up in ACE, and what to do, the only variable is if someone in the store knows how to.
The more info you can have available the better. Try to have the K+ card, date, time, amount, available.

At our store, all receipt records are handled by our accounting/bookkeeping person. So, I'd call the store (the main store), not the fuel center, and ask them. Give them exactly what techelite said, K+ card number, date, time, amount, how you paid, all that good stuff, anything you can remember. And like techelite also said, sometimes the person able to do that isn't there, in which case we can give you a call back (so leave your phone number too), and have a receipt printed out at the front desk waiting for you.

Thanks, y'all! I'll give this a try and see if I can sort it out. Thanks again!

this is easily researchable and the more information you have the better.  the last four digits of the card you used, the date and time, what it cost, what pump number if you know it.  the more you can give the quicker a bookkeeper can find it and print a copy.  this is more common a request than you might think, particularly for business purposes.
