I've herd around fredmeyer employees that if your reported for sexual harassment you get 1 report; like a last chance to never do it again but if you do it twice your fired? Is that true?

It depends on the person.  They have favorites.  If they don't like you you're out, if the do then they would look the other way.

Stop touching my butt, FrontEndSlave. I've told you, before, that it's an unwanted sexual advance!

Back on topic, yeah, Ms White pretty much summed it up.

I work for fred meyer if you've been hitting on or asking out or telling a crude joke or two, then you'll be given a warning if someone complained.  Touching, etc will get you fired.  They have promoted a lot of females to upper management and the good ol' boys days are slowly leaving.  Best to keep your romantic life separate from work.  And bad jokes.

One and done should be enough. We've got a jerk in produce who has been in trouble before, even had a customer complain but he's still there.  He's always hitting on the girls. It's going to cause the store trouble.  He isn't worth it.

not true. I reported multiple harassment on  multiple employees. They were still employed. Hr looked the other way because hr claimed all those employee get special treatment because of their mental disabilities. They had no job coach to help them out but an PIC, whom promoted the harassment.

More proof that Kroger needs to stop hiring special needs tards. There is no exception to this and they should be fired.

I'm surprised a customer or one of the girls' husband/domestic partner hasn't knocked the guy's teeth out. Why hasn't this happened yet....might teach him albeit painful lesson.

As for special needs: they should have the sexual harassment policy explained to them, once that is done, then they can be held responsible for their actions.

It's better than someone beating the sh*t out of them.then realizing they are special needs.

Every situation is different, except it is Kroger so the main thing is to strike a balance. The Federal gov has limited resources but will act if companies use prohibited behaviours too terrorize people too much. There are better ways to intimidate.

Bastards.

Some managers can get away with things because they have been with Kroger 40 years and they are automous.

Idk man. Some of those special needs tards know what they shouldnt do. I wouldnt feel bad in the slightest for punching one in the face. Like you said a painful lesson learned. Either that or keep them on some kinda leash.

File an ethics report it only takes once.

It depends on the degree level of it. If it's severe they'll term them. If it's minor derogatory references they'll investigate then put them on notice for it.
