Are only natural hair colors allowed now? Could you get fired for having "abnormal" colored hair?

As long as it doesn't distract you or prevents you from doing your work.

What do I mean by that? Well, one of my coworkers decided to do a well-decorated mohawk. Management had no problems, until customers started insisting on stopping him to get pictures and all that. The manager put an end to it.

LMAO! He should've at least declined so it wasn't a distraction.

Then again, he'd probably get a customer complaint for denying them something they wanted. xD

Everytime he's asked he has to stop whatever he's doing to respond, whether he says yes or no.

Also, it caused people to line up at the register he's bagging at just so they can get a close look at him, even if other registers are open.

I believe the dress code states that hair should be of a natural color, even dyed hair.

I think it might just be a "depending on store" thing.

Are you kidding? I would have taken it a step further and had contest around it. Wacky hair days. Let the customers giggle and take pictures!

All this push for OSAT's, you all stepped on a gold-mine and your manager pissed on it.
