I worked for Kroger 2013 to early 2014 and I'm trying to do my taxes and claim union dues. I'm looking for past paystubs. I remember my EUID but not my password for greatpeople.me. How do I reset the password?

OP here. I figured out that I need to go on ExpressHR.

But when I click on forgot password it just pulls up this:

The server at passport.kroger.com can't be found, because the DNS lookup failed. DNS is the network service that translates a website's name to its Internet address. This error is most often caused by having no connection to the Internet or a misconfigured network. It can also be caused by an unresponsive DNS server or a firewall preventing Google Chromefrom accessing the network.
Error code: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

1. I doubt you'd be able to access ExpressHR or GreatPeople. They revoke your access because you're no longer employed with them. Whether you remember your password or not is irrelevant.

2. You cannot reset your password anymore because, again, you no longer work for them. Not only that, I'm sure you can only reset passwords using a store's computer (similar to your first sign-in at Passport when you were hired).

If you want/need paystubs, you'll have to go in-store and see if they can get it for you.

Screw HR Block. It's not that hard to do it yourself.
