1. " I have very high expectations so nowhere I go will I ever be highly satisfied."
I didnt know it was this possible to be this snobby. What do you want us to do, hold your hand while you shop?
2. (Backstory: A wal-mart employee set fire to the local wal-mart store, so with nowhere else to shop they came to krogers. Total hell for 2 weeks straight.) " You can tell all the wal-mart people are here because they smell bad and they are all in their pajamas."
There probably more that Im forgetting. Its hard to believe our OSAT is based on these...
We got one where the customer said the reason they were highly satisfied was because the liked eggs. Another said they only said they were satisfied because they were trying to win something. But one of the most common reason they say they aren't satisfied is because the store is understaffed and the employees look overworked and tired.
I like seeing fuel center comments on stores that don't have them. Or those who aren't highly satisfied because only God is perfect. I also like the ones that say the employees deserve a new store.
I know I've seen others that were "out there" but they're not leaping to mind right now.
We always get someone saying that they do not give a highly satisfied because no one is perfect.
We had one say that there is no such thing as a "shopping experience" at a grocery store, and that they are mad when they can't find items that they want.
One customer said that they could not void an item in self checkout, so they were forced to purchase it and will now have to come back to the store and return it.
