Actually I've gone through one interview already and have a second one scheduled for Wednesday.
The HR manager and I have been talking the past few days and things are looking positive.
It's more than $2 an hour than I make at Kroger and the schedule is posted three weeks in advance (usually).
Which means that, yea, it's part-time, BUT it would be easier to plan ahead and the pay would be more.
By the way, how did you know I haven't gotten the job yet?

You couldn't have kept it to yourself if you had gotten the job. You love to talk about yourself too much. I used to work with a woman like that. The minute you saw her, her mouth started flapping. Everything that came out was me me me my family me me me my family. You just wanted to say shut the phuck up.

Um, you were the one who posted "Still haven't gotten that job at Home Depot" so obviously you were challenging me to post something or trolling me into posting something; either way, you should have expected a response. You can't really be this stupid...or can you? Maybe you really DO work for Kroger.
The irony is that it will probably be Lot Attendant.
So as much as I complain about retrieving shopping carts being among the worst part of being a courtesy clerk, I'll now be retrieving Home Depot carts and picking up bags of cement and plant food rather than bags of 50 pound dog food.
