I went shopping in the rain yesterday at Walmart. Went inside and first cart wouldn't push right so I got another one. They were all wet. I just walked up to the cashier and asked for a paper towel. Dried it off, no problem.
On the way out I offered my dry cart to a man coming in. He was happy, I was happy, it wasn't that big of a deal. Of course this wasn't Kroger, that would have been a whole other outcome all together LOL!
Two weeks ago we got a huge ice storm. Well we only have maybe 2 or 3 baggers to push carts, so it took a while and I heard at least twenty to thirty people complaining that the baggers weren't doing their job because the carts were wet and icy. Half of us just shrugged; What the hell are we supposed to do? It's a damn grocery store.. Get over it and get your groceries and leave, people!
As a customer, I hereby apologize for shopping at your store. I didn't realize I was such a problem. Now I understand why Kroger employees are so sad and frowning all the time. It's those darn customers in the store buying stuff. If the customers would just not shop at Kroger, the employees would finally be happy.
Nah, it's the whiny and nasty customers who have nothing better to do than complain about every little thing about their shopping experience. But if you're one of those type of customers, I'll accept your apology and hope in the future that you'll change.

Someone's a bit butt hurt. I guess you are one of the type of idiots that my post described.
Don't feel guilty for being stupid. Feel guilty for being stupid enough to write that response.

What did you expect to get out of this sarcastic comment - for us to act chastised and apologetic for venting about obnoxious customers on the internet? Guess what? It happens everywhere. For instance, check out this fun website: http://notalwaysright.com/ Mindblowing, I know. Believe it or not, retail employees (or any employees really) aren't actually delighted to serve rude people.
