For the mid south division (Kentucky) what is the pay rate scale. like the 6 month salary increase for both part and full time employes. That have been with Kroger about a 0-2 years. going from part time to full time pay increase? and are those big marketplaces any different in pay?
Your questions are way too broad to be answered. I posted our local's contract and you'll have to find your answers there because posting enough identifying info for us to find out for you would be unwise. And annoying.
for local 227 payscale cap is $14.20 ($8.35 after two years) for ft after 78 mos and pt is $11 ($7.80 after 2 years) after 66 months. Marketplace stores have no change in pay, it wouldn't be fair do to that. If you go part time to full time or move to a different pt clerk position (reclassified), you move to the next highest rate on the payscale. Next time you see your steward ask them for a copy of the little blue contract book. They'll know what your talking about get you one.
OP, at least according to what they posted, isn't in 227, they're in 1995, which is why I posted the contract for 1995. Technically, there isn't a midsouth division anymore because it split into the Louisville and Nashville divisions, but they're both still under the midsouth contract because it hasn't expired.
