So i tryed to login to my Kroger email bit it keeps giving me this error "Host Checker is not supported. Please contact your Administrator". What dose it mean???
Are you using a computer at work? Have you ever used Kroger email? Most people don't have an account. You have to have a manager give you clearance or something to have an email account.
If you have used your Kroger email before, then contact employee support. If you are on a phone in the office, there should be a button on the phone marked for support. Push that button and describe your issue to the person that answers.
If you log in to citrix on a store computer, can you access your email there? Cuz, if not, you don't actually have an email... Not every employee has it.
