This may be more of a union question, but I got the backup position 2 months ago, I got4 more weeks and I will be officially full time, if they force me out after that will I get to keep my full time and pay, pays only 75 cents more, I'm not certified

depends on contract. is the pay a premium related to the backup position? people can't really answer because you didn't say what division you work in.

If they push you out, you'll most likely keep your FT and pay rate on the FT scale, but not your premium. That's pretty much standard procedure.

 would agree with this. at least from what I have seen in the Dallas Market.
