For this site you just click the "forgot password" option and it should mail you a password reset...

For vpnb.kroger.com (greatpeople) you are best off going to work and resetting your password there to something you'll remember and trying again when you get home.

make sure your not using caps krogers systems will not take caps if you made your password with caps you'll need to redo it in lower case only.
