If some one was suspended on Tuesday and tries to check there email on Wednesday (which they have always done from phone) and cannot gain access does that mean they are already terminated in the system?
Is this a 3 day suspension or is the suspended pending? LP will have your accounts locked. Why would you be checking email via phone while suspended anyway? Geez.
Are they suspended pending termination? If it's pending termination then the email will more than likely be blocked while they get his/her walking papers ready.
hiw long are they suspended for? If it's a reg suspension then they may only block it for the duration of the suspension. I suggest you have your friend talk to management and find out for sure
