Slacks and a Polo when it comes to Dress Code, just to be safe. As for the rest, it really depends on what department they hired you for. In general, orientation will cover general Kroger Policies and history, and then you'll do some WBL's (basically Online Quizzes). Beyond that, you'll have your buddy shift (depending on department), and that's basically it. You'll start getting hands-on experience with what you'll be doing.
