I am a Kroger Corporate Employee. I have a question about my computer. It will not let me upgrade my Internet Explorer browser and I need to do that to visit some of the Kroger websites... does anyone know who I should contact to ask how to upgrade my browser? or how I can upgrade the browser myself? It never works when I try to download the updated version of IE on my computer
I would think you need someone from Kroger IT to update it for you. There might be some kind of authorization lock on your computer that does not allow you to update the browser yourself.
If you are at a store, most have a direct line to a call center for technical help for anything Kroger. The phones in the office have a button that calls the support center direct. I think it is labeled "support". A store manager or comanager should be able to help you make the call. The support center might be able to assist you.
