I'm tired of shouldering the burden of employees who come in late or don't come in at all, stand around socializing and take 30+ minute smokes breaks every night. I work, as an over-night stocker, at store #744 managed by Mr Hearring. Each night I have to work like a dog because of slacker coworkers and I've and enough. I'll be contacting the central office regarding this.
Don't you have your own isles you stock? I'd just do my own work and let them pick up the slack. Let them get in trouble. If you always do the work, they will always slack off. Have you talked to your store manager?

I do but the pallets still need to be broken down and segregated. Every night 2 guys go outside and smoke for 30 minutes or more.
So go sit in the bathroom for 30 minutes. Let them come back in from their smoke break a few days with the work still not done and see how it goes. Tell them you didn't think they would mind since they were on a break. Or just go slow for 30 minutes.
I know that, it was a typo. I don't really need you to tell me how to spell. I'm sorry it makes you feel smart to point out mistakes in others. I fell sorry for you. The only way you can feel good about yourself is by putting others down.

Well look what happened! Another typo. I'm sure you will catch it. Go on, build yourself up lol!

When someone points out I spelled a word wrong, I tend to deliberately misspell other words just to piss them off
If I encounter a written message so full of spelling, grammatical and otherwise retarded, incomprehensible bull $hit..................I'll just move on. Might have been the formula for cancer's cure, I wouldn't know. People with that little concern for others' reading ease don't deserve to be heard.
Now, what's recently been burning my ass is what's apparently a new generation of ebonics. Usually I'm hearing it spoken, but somebody on here dropped a written word of it recently. It's the trend of saying adverbs in past tense, like LOOK--DED, KICK--DED, SENDED, FIX--DED, etc. etc. etc.
No skin off my ass if people wanna deliberately sound retarded, but I would like to stand back and laugh the first time they seriously need help with something and they're talking like that.

It's been my experience that this company doesn't care about quality employees. Ones that do their jobs well and even go above and beyond the call of duty, so to speak. As long as you can half-ass it and get by, you will eventually accrue some seniority and be golden. I've seen good employees badgered by management until they leave and I've seen poor employees promoted. Grammar Nazis go away. No one but you cares.
