I've been doing the job three years and just today, as I was asking questions about what happens if I step down, I was told I would only lose my $0.75 lead pay, not my full time... I had no idea I was due lead pay at all?!
one of our fuel people told me they aren't unionized. maybe its different for each district?
The fuel centers are staffed by Kroger employees so they would be covered by the areas union contract.
well she told me theyre not even suppose to do anything inside the store or they can get in trouble. meaning theyre not allowed to help other departments and they aren't allowed to help on stuff like grill day or whatever.
