7 Day Pay

I got on Express HR this morning to see how much my paycheck was and I noticed 7 day pay was not included. Worked Sunday-Saturday last week. Anyone know why this happened or how to handle it?

Does your contract have 6th/7th day pay? If so, ask the HR co-manager to get in touch with someone that can fix it. If you work 7 days in a row make sure it is worth it lol.

Our pay stubs don't show 7 day pay for us. It just adds the hours onto the 6 day pay row.

I asked our manager today and he said we only get 7 day pay if we work 40 hours and 7 straight days (Sunday-Saturday). This was the first time i had heard this.

Yes, there's no extra pay for working between weeks. If you're scheduled say, Tuesday-Saturday one week, and Sunday-Thursday the next week, there is no overtime/extra pay because technically they are both only 40 hour weeks, even though you are working 10 straight days.

this is also how they screw people by not giving them 10 hours between shifts as per the contract (at least in my div).  You can work til Midnight on Saturday then back at 6am on Sunday and it doesn't matter because it's 2 different weeks.
