it's cool that I can go look at my schedule but it'd be better if they'd post the whole dept. schedule so I'd know who I'll be bumping in the week and what days I'll get paid for that weren't scheduled correctly. It's not like it's private information, they post it for everyone to see at the store, so why not post it on greatpeople.me?
I've been wishing for this for a long time. it's useful just to know who you're going to be working with that day too. thats why i usually take a picture of the schedule with my phone.
Quite honestly I say they don't for fear of more people rolling hours.
I used to just have the service center make me a copy of the schedule and they quit doing it. They don't want you to have everyone's schedule. So I just take a picture of it with my cell phone.
If I had to look through everyone's schedule online I would probably start bitching that I only wanted to look at mine and I was tired of scrolling through everyone elses schedule to find mine lol!

I always make a copy for myself. I need to know who I'm working with that day so I can mentally prepare myself if needed. That and I like having a physical copy to hang up behind my computer. That way I see it everyday and don't mix up my hours or something. (I'm incredibly absent-minded, so I need a constant reminder.)
I sooooooooo agree. My seniority is right in the middle and sometimes what I select I don't get. It would be nice to see if I didn't get it because the higher ups took it or if the schedule writer screwed up and gave it to one of the lowers. Yes, I can wait until I go into work but if it's a real hassle to get straightened out the sooner I know the better.
