Is it possible a store manager could have 50 grivences filed in just a few months and the Store Manager still have a job??

Yep; he will probably get promoted. Kroger likes their managers to treat employees like sh!t.

they wont much longer. seem them get demoted.

I'm encouraged that some folks in some local have had the nuts and guts to file 50 (plus or minus) grievances.
