In the middle of September, I requested 4 days off at the end of October so I can go to Gatlinburg for my brothers wedding. I've checked it weekly and the status has always been pending, but when I've checked it the past two days, the requests are not in the "Request history" page and have seem to disappear. Has this happened to anybody else?
Click on the "Add new request" tab and see if there are any dots on the days you asked off. The color of the dot indicates if it's pending, accepted, or denied. No dot means there's no request.

Sounds like you're going to have to be sick and call out. Or a funeral would work.

Just make sure you aren't sick 3 days in a row, or they will want to see a doctors note. If you are scheduled for more than 3 days in a row that you will miss, either try to find someone who will cover one of the days in the middle, or vary your excuses.
