Any tips for learning the customer service booth? I'm trying to move upward in the company and the next step is backup csm. It seems kind of intimidating because it's always so busy, and during peak hours (1ish-6ish are he busiest times at my store) there's usually only one person(from4-8 the closing booth person is alone)in there at a time. Like I said I'm trying to move up, and I know this is a needed skill
