Last Wage Rate Increase07/01/2015
Current Pay Rate$15.5000
Current Job Step500
Accrued Credited Quantity7,581.75
Quantity Remaining218.25

This is what's listed on my HR Express site. My "Quantity Remaining" is going down, but I don't have a next pay-step listed. Anyone know why this is? Or what it means?

Maybe that you are topped out, i.e., reached the highest rate on the wage scale?

Nice rate (by Krogrr standards), btw; many, many of my coworkers are paid half or even less than that.

Thanks. I'm in WA State where minimum wage is higher. The "Quantity Remaining" portion showed up 2 weeks ago, when it wasn't there before. I don't know what changed or what it means. I'm really curious to find out when I gets down to 0

Is $15-an-hour the minimum?  It would be interesting to see the wage table from your new contract.

The store administrative person should be able to help you with understanding the HR stuff.

Job Step 500 = top out pay for your position. You will only be getting annual contract raises until your position changes.   As far as the quantity remaining, it could be a contract specific thing, for example full time pay rate only achieved after a certain period or something.   I'd definitely refer to your contract to answer definitively.

It is not. Yet. It will be in a few years for the city I work in. $15.50 is the top of the bakery scale on my contract
