I'm a floor supervisor looking to move up. The next step would be ACSM. I was wondering if two supervisors from one store could be put in the backup program at the same time? Also when does the next program start? (Southwest Division btw)
I'm assuming if they both go to ACSM training, either one or both would be transferred to a different store.
True, but it takes hours to train. Of course when I trained in the service center I had the CSM with me for one day, then I was on my own. They even locked me in there with no key and no way out lol! Took forever to get an override.
