Anyone else have a sample person who won't give employees samples when they're on their breaks? There's a sample lady at our store and the smile drops off her face whenever she sees an employee coming. Sometimes she even pulls the samples she has out back so they can't get it. Seriously? All the other sample people in our store are super nice and friendly except for her.
A lot of times she's not even at her stand, I don't know where she goes but everyone else has their samples out and she's gone for what seems to be hours at a time.
The ladies that we have will always offer employees samples. I always get asked while I'm still on the clock. I always take one. I don't even care. There's not really much that they can do.
Ours offers us samples as well. We are even encouraged by management to take some. That way in the event they are not there to give out samples of said product, we having tried it, can tell the customer how it tastes and urge them to buy some. (Even if we don't like it. We MUST tell them it's great in our opinion.)
