Are there any particular policies for when too many grocery items get left behind on your watch? I was told on my first day there a few months ago that you could get in trouble if it happens too often. I've made the mistake a few times and I've seen others make it too but I've never heard or seen anyone get in trouble for it yet. I haven't been confronted about it either.
It happens every now and then. Just do your best to get it right and nothing should really happen. people call if they are "missing items" and if we find them we just tell them to come get it or if we don't we'll normally just replace it anyway if it's under like 10 bucks.
