If you were a former employee then I'd suggest calling the store you worked for and ask for the HR person.  Kroger has to the 31st so you may still get it on time.  Now if you haven't put in a change of address in at your Post Office then do so ASAP.  W2s unless otherwise noted will forward to the new address.
