Calm down, relax. Seriously: you need to give it at least til Friday before you call HR there. Completely common for all businesses to drag their feet on hiring process/orientation these days.

If you don't hear from them by the end of the week, I'd go somewhere else, preferably to a place that isn't union where you're locked into a certain wage.
