I had orientation last week I worked three days this week and I have to work next week mom-Frida. My question is do I get paid all of that next Friday or just for orienration and those three day???
How it typically works is the first week is pro rated against the first 90 days; it's kind of a probation period of pay roll, so to speak. In other words, if it's 3 days pay at rate of 8 hours each day for a total of 24 hours, and each lunch break for .5 hrs/day of those 3 days is applied against that, then subtracted from the pay period beginning to mid way through to, say, Wednesday of that following week, THEN you're looking at multiplying .09% against the sum total of those same hours----plus the new hours worked and accrued into your second day of the NEXT pay period.
