Im a very talented 32 year old lady.

After loosing my career due to a business decision of 16 years, I was forced back out into the work force

Kroger doesn't really explain anything to you.  The employees look at you like you are retarded, and doesn't like coming off any information to new hires.  This really surprised me .

Management only cares about how quickly you can take the customers money, and not truly about the customer.  I never imaged my local store was this way, but sadly, it's true.

I have already filed 3 greivances, they are just unaware of it as of today.  Tomorrow will be a different story.

 Let's start with your first sentence. You're apparently not talented enough if you ended up in these circumstances, so do yourself a real big favor by letting loose of your ego NOW.

You're absolutely on target with your descriptions of the company, its managers and help----welcome to the new face of retail. My joke has always been why not just rob the customers in the parking lot? Save time, $ and effort.

You're brand spankin new and've filed 3 grievances already, huh? Yeeeeeah, you're fast on your way to bitchin about your NEXT job. Wow.

Congratulations, OP on refusing to consider management abuse as acceptable.

Best of luck on the grievances; just being willing to file them could create a better workplace for everyone.
