so it's like this. Been at my store a little more then a yr, its ok, this is only my 2nd job I'm 19 and in colege. I work gm btw. Any way it was all ok til we get this osat thing where u gotta engage all the customers all the time---and I was ok with that 2. but now heres the prob. See I am very well indowed, my thingies are pretty big no matter what bra or oversized shirts I were. and peopke always stare, i know, big boob girl problem. But now my sm pulls me aside n tells me i need to and I quote 'flant what I got some' i ask him what do you mean he sez yknow, bounce em around a little. we need those sales.

That is sexual harassment to tell you to use your boobs to increase sales/OSAT. I hope this is a troll because that sm is asking for a sexual harassment lawsuit.
That is one of the reasons sexual harassment laws went into effect.
Ignore this time. If they say it again, sternly warn them about sexual harassment and what it says in the employee handbook. If that doesn't work, complain to the Corporate Human Resources Department. The sm might try to find a way to fire you but you do not have to tolerate that behavior.
Tell HR and Union right away. If that's how it's gonna be to hell
With OSATS. That is sexual harassment. I hate that stuff. If he had said that stuff to me or my lady friend, I'd invite the guy out back to "talk things over." Would I have lost my job? Yes. Would it have been worth it? Yes. Be sure to do document EVERYTHING he says to you in a sexual manner, get him on voice recording (use caution). Be prepared for retaliation
