Every time I press login, it just refreshes the page and doesn't log me in. I tried my desktop, my laptop and my phone and none of them will work.

Because I'm sure they never thought to try that
GP.me will do this if you haven't done the mandatory password change. If that's the case, go to your store and access Portal. Change it from there.
