Is it true that if you work less than 4 hours you will still be paid for 4 hours?

Depends on your contract and other factors.

Did you volunteer to leave early?

Why were you there for less than 4 hours?

For my contract:

If you are called in, they have to let you work atleast 4 hours.

If you volunteer to leave early, then you won't get paid 4 hours.

Of course you are! Here's the formula I use, hope it helps:

.00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000024 represents the minimum amount of worked/punched in time you need to get paid. That figure itself is based on a starting point of .005/1055% > @ and pro rated by x squared and pi co sined.

In other words, just teleport yourself in time forwards then backwards twice each way in .25 if a minute, you'll get payed for the whole week. Have fun buddy! biggrin

Because maybe, just maybe, it was a serious question.

Serious(def): not funny, not to be taken in a humerus way.
Ex: Roy was being serious when making a statement. He was not being funny nor humorous
