I have this one customer that gives me a 2 dollar tip and if I have a bagger with me, he gets a tip as well. What is Kroger policy for accepting tips?
No problems as long as you split them with management. The scale is 20%.
Check your contract for ore details.
our hr lady said it was fine if they force it unless it was a large amount (>5$).
i found this ladies phone at midnight in a cart in rain, cleaned it and she forced me to take $20 for "finders fee" lol
One time a lady gave me a HJ in her ford explorer. It was OK tip.

Winners make the rules. Losers follow them.
