this is bull**** my csm who gave me the over ride changed her mind and took it back. I'm gonna call the ethics hot line first thing monday morning, this is bull****!!!
Unfortunately customers come first. Unless you can communicate with all staff. They will worm their way and get it. I've learned the last few months that this company has no moral and honor left. They will do any thing to kiss a** and please the customer even if it's not ethically right. Go to school or back like I am to get out of this imorall company. I honestly feel like I'm about ready to sue the company for favoritism: customers come first. Employees get the short end of the stick regardless of the situation. Even if they started it.
Too many errors on an override gets it taken away. For example, you cannot use an override to input a price because the register says "price not found/in system" you actually have to send a bagger to find the correct price and go from there. And NEVER use an override to bypass a check or any form of payment on a card that says 'declined' or 'payment not accepted'
