At my store, we change management after so many years. We get some we like and some we don't. Well, just recently we got a co-manager that not only we don't like but that we've worked with before. This particular person likes to wait until the busiest part of the day or when it's late in the evening when the baggers are short-handed and piles on a bunch of insignificant cleaning jobs. Naturally we get backed up because of this. Has anyone ever dealt with these types too?

Maybe he is just stressed out because everyone knows Kroger can get to you. Have you ever offered to suck his PETER off...? Remember its not gay lots of men have girls/wifes but still need a relief. Plus you get the free hot blast of peter sauce hitting the back of your throat...win, win..?
I work in the deli and we don't get cleaning jobs, but during the busiest part of the day when we're already short handed, the assistant deli head hands out various jobs to people, like making salads or sandwiches. Which is fine during the slower days, but some days we're so busy and no one is able to get off the counter and then the assistant manager says "oh, you didn't even start yet?" Or worse, someone does go do it and then they stop waiting on counter all together so they can get done so they can go home on time and we're even more short handed on the counter.

I feel your pain. At my store, I work in deli, too, our co managers go into global thermonuclear meltdown and throw fits if the grab & go isn't out by 9AM. They don't care about the mob at the counter or the 15 kiosk orders waiting to be done. They want grab & go done AT ALL COSTS, NO MATTER WHAT!! The managers will literally hover around the deli starting around 8:45 AM and hound us to get it done OR ELSE. Oh, and don't forget the little black stickers11
