What happens if your floor supervisor forgets to give you your break and it's the end of your shift?

Literally nothing, you simply don't get a break

Oh. Well in that case I just double up my breaks next shift. Right?

No, You will be fired when caught.  We had a CC that clocked out, went into the breakroom, took his break, clocked back in and went back to the breakroom to continue taking a break.  Well, he was fired moments later.

Never skip breaks.  Make sure the CSM knows you need a break before the shift is over.  Keep letting them know until you get your break.  CC and front end breaks are different but you should not be denied breaks.

If they try to stop you from getting breaks at a reasonable time, file a grievance with the union.  There may also be state and federal laws that will make sure you get proper breaks.

Depends on your store and if they like you or not. I have not clocked out for a break in 8 years. I take dumps whenever and go out to my car to get lit up. Bang hoez 2 at a time in the dairy cooler. They know whats up, they fire me I got HEB on their knees with their mouths open. Again depends on your store.
