There has been a recent job posting on KnowMe for a ClickList Supervisor in my area. The listing details all work responsibilities (which are quite a lot), and also a Pay Level of 60. I was thinking of attempting to apply for this position, as I am more than qualified, but I have some questions about the role. If anyone out there is currently in this position or knows someone who is, what do you/they think about the position? The responsibilities are abundant, but manageable, and the listing requirements are easily met. I'm also curious about the Pay Level of 60. I'm an hourly employee, so going to a salaried position is a little daunting. I know the person who is in charge of rolling out the project personally, but I'd like to get some feedback on the low before I go asking the wrong questions which could spark other people to be inquisitive of my curiosity. Mostly, I'm concerned about the compensation (Pay Level, which I'm assuming also means being paid monthly) versus the role responsibilities and if it'd be worth it. Thanks for any and all help.
Did you get the job? ANd what was your salary? I'm applying for the same position, but salary was not discussed yet... I've Googled a ton of things, but I can't find anything.
Does anyone know why this job is treated as being on the same level as co-management? I don't understand why Clicklist just can't have a department head like everyone else.
