Lol no. If your state allows it, you might be able to get out of the union (i'm not sure how that works since in Ohio you have to be in the union) but that money is long gone.
I'm 99.99999% the answer is no. That would be like eating an entire sandwich from kroger, waiting a few days, deciding you don't like it, and expecting a full refund.
And if it's a state where you're required to join the union, then the money is gone forever.
