What documents do I need for my first day of work?

I'm starting as a cashier tomorrow and I can't find the note I scribbled down on what I need. Like, I can't remember if she (the manager? whatever?) said I need both my birth certificate and social security card (which i cannot find lmao) or just one. So if anyone has been hired recently and could clue me in, I would be eternally grateful.

I think I only needed my Drivers' license.  I would guess either birth certificate or SS card.
