Hello I have just recently been moved up to the nutrition head clerk position in my store. And was wandering if I was being paid correctly at 8.75hr because the responsibilities of the role just do not justify such a low rate of pay...........any input would be much appreciated thank u
Here's the thing, lead positions in most contracts are paid by a premium above your normal rate, so in theory 0.25 above minimum wage could be a lead position.
