Quit will I get pay?

so I started at Kroger on August 8th. I since then have done about three weeks of training. I recently been offered a very good job and need to let Kroger go especially since when I told kroger managment wasnt so helpful with helping me figure out a good schedule. I have not been able to get in touch with managent at either of the stores I was training at. So I just didn't show up to my scheduled training day today. Since I've had no luck I've decided to quit no notice I will not be showing up to any shifts so I guess theyll get the point . The thing is I know I have paychecks that are going to be coming to that store in the confrence part of that store I just haven't picked  up the old ones or the new one that should be coming this week. Even though I havent been in contact and don't plan too will they mail my checks to me? Im worried about that because I won't be paid from my new job in two weeks. Can anyone help?

If you can't go into the store physically, then contact both stores by phone and ask to speak to the MOD or Store Director about this. Explain your situation to them. Since you are in your third week, you should already have two paychecks waiting for you. Physically go in and ask. Meet with the MOD / Store Director in the office and explain. I know under my contract and Corporate policy (different then Kroger, bt reports to Kroger) three times you are absent from your shift with no call or show, it is automatically a resignation.

What state are you in?

Were you hired for one store but are training at other stores?

My new people are getting their checks in the mail.  If you know you were supposed to pick up your checks at the stores you were working at, then go to the service desk and ask for your checks.

If your checks are not at the service desk, then you need to call whoever hired you and let them know you haven't been paid yet and ask for help getting paid.  You will be paid for the hours you have trained.  It might take some time to find your checks tho.
