all i see the union do in our store is protect the lazy and those who feel entitled to not have to so 'lowly jobs' or think certain parts of their own jobs should be put on lesser seniority employees cause of their rank, or those who don't want to work certain hours.
I think we are really close to a strike if we don't get a decent contact when they start to negotiate next March. My union rep emailed me and said better pay is high on the list of priorities.
