After working for the company for 12 years, ive finally got a job offer with a different company- out of retail!! 

My question is, does anyone know how I can cash out my 401K that I've built up so far since im changing jobs? 

Any info would be helpful, thanks in advance!!

Upon changing employers you will be required to roll it over into the new employers 401k or an IRA. If you cash it out you will get hammered with taxes and penalties.
