so I've been working at Kroger for a month now and they stress to notify customers of the survey. I do so with every customer. one of the girls even told me we get a $5 GC or something if they do it and it's highly satisfied. So how do I know when they do so and I get a good review? How do I get paid From that?

we get a $2 uplift card.  Comments are usually posted the next day, but in some instances it may be later.  The paper with comments should be posted somewhere or discussed in huddles.

We USED to get GOOD rewards for getting customer surveys that were good. The rewards were: Lunch with store manager, write your own schedule for the week, a FREE $15-$20 dessert from bakery, free deli lunch, gift cards etc. the better prized call for 25 good surveys. Now, our " prizes" are, no manager bitches at you for good customer service. Why the change? Because they feel we do NOT need a reward. Customer service and happy customers IS the reward and is GOOD ENOUGH. As they say. More importantly, it's our job. So we do it "just because."
