FES daughter as bagger - nepotism?

I'm just curious. Is it allowed for someone who is an FES to have their daughter as a bagger. Cause I'm pretty sure that's nepotism at its finest right there and company policy for my division prohibits it because of supervision, disciplinary reasons, records, confidentiality etc. Now I know that last part I just put shouldn't play into it as an FES has no way in hell of getting near an employee file, but as far as supervision goes it seems like it'd be crossing a line. Just curious as to what you guys have as policy for this or if you've seen this before? Some of us baggers are feeling a bit nervous and very annoyed with this as we think there is something else at work here.

Management is NOT supposed to work in the same dept as their relative. The daughter may be transferred or her parent would be. The reason? Favoritism. Such as:

Reg FE employee 10-15 min break
45-60 min lunch
Lot duties (if applicable)
Go backs (if applicable)
Sweeps (if applicable)

FE daughter: 10-30 min break multiple times
60-90 min lunch
Lot duty: haha yeah right.
Go backs: pffff you're kidding me
Sweeps: not a chance

See how favoritism can and may occur?

*note: this was based on if management had tier kid working at the store with them.
FE is front end management but they can reduce lot time, go backs, and sweeps. Maybe even "look the other way on breaks"

I think i honestly comes down to the family involved and store management.  I am a drug/gm backup manager and my mother is a part-time clerk in my department.  They only difference is she only works the minimum 12 hours and usually on my days off.  It just comes down to the situation.  Also over my 5 years here the store manager has had atleast 4 of his kids work in the store in various departments. 1 as cashier, 1 as deli/bakery clerk, 1 as dairy clerk, and 1 as drug-gm clerk.  So if store mangers kids can work in the same store, they can't say anything about me and my mom in same department.

Years ago, when our then store manager was transferred to another store, his wife had to come to our store because she worked at the store he was transferred to.  Your store manager is breaking corporate rules if he's allowing his kids to work at the same store he's at.
