It's not just the highly satisfied customers; it's the disgruntled ones too! You guys probably have them at your stores also, but at mine, there are customers that come in, week after week, and gripe and complain about pretty much everything - both in person and then on the survey. Seriously... if I was one of these customers and I hated shopping at a particular store as much as these people seem to, I'd... you know.... maybe shop ELSEWHERE? lol. Not a hard concept.
I have always felt that I made my paycheck possible because I worked for it. Kroger needs to stop babying the customers so much. The saying that customers is always right is not true. Customers are meaner now than years ago. They think they are entitled to everything.
