Mine still says that stuff, but flexible hours my butt, you HAVE to be available 24/7 and if you aren't, tough, you'll get scheduled anyway. The only ones who get their schedules the way they want them are the store managers and those who have been here 10+ years. Kids barely get any hours at all and the store would rather not deal with them since they can't work them to death. Competetive benefits don't exist since it's so hard to even set them up without the HR being there to explain things since no one even gets orientation. Also, competetive wages don't exist either since Walmart kicks our butts wage wise.
