I worked for kroger for a year and eight months. Left for six months and worked at a lumber yard and then two weeks ago started back. They arent giving me experience pay and i want to fight it. What should i do and how much should i get?

How much were you making when you quit? Since minimum wage increased in most states, you are probably already making 15 cents more than when you quit.
So, basically, you are going to fight because you want to make $4 extra a week?
If you were paying attention during your first round at Kroger, you would know you are asking for a lot.

If he works there long enough this time, that almost 2 missing years will be a big factor.
